Hard to believe this course is affiliated with Pebble Beach. They obviously doing whatever they can to recovery from the shutdown. I felt like I was at scrub muni course. Anything go’s, caddies... more »

Beautiful course and friendly staff. The greens rolled true and were in great shape. The layout was fun and challenging with lots of seaside holes, allowing for great views of the Pacific Ocean. Accuracy is needed as the course allows little room for error. The staff was attentive and professional. Overall a fantastic golfing experience!

Excellent course. It seems to get a bad rep, perhaps because everyone who plays also plays Pebble and Spyglass. But this is a very unique experience vs. anything else in the area, and equally challenging with the wind and links layout. I would definitely recommend it, and would also recommend staying at the Spanish Bay hotel. The rooms are fantastic and the restaurant / bar options are great too.
