This 3.5 km (2.2 mi) Footpath Monterosso - Vernazza takes you from the old town of Monterosso to the harbor of Vernazza. During the walk, you'll pass vineyards, citrus orchards, heather, juniper, and oak trees. Stop along the way to rest your legs and take in the coastal views. Some parts of footpath are very narrow and have no barrier, so be sure to watch your step. Bring plenty of water with you.     We set off about 7.30am, nice weather, it is a steep climb at the start up through the terraced vineyards. Once you get to the top it levels off a bit but there are still a few ups and downs before...  more »

    Fantastic trail but be aware that the hike is more difficult than presented on the official website : 3,5 kms, 1h30 mins... I might be mistaken but it seems to be longer than 3.5 kms... Well anyway...  more »
