Philippe ‘s family history and how they became reputable champagne producers would inspire even the most ardent skeptic to believe that anything is possible if you want it bad enough and are willing to work for it. The highlight of my recent trip to France was to meet Philippe, sample his superb champagne and learn about his family and how they became widely respected experts of their craft. If you have an opportunity to visit Lequien et fils vineyards, do not hesitate, you must go!
